Why implementation of new minimum wage may not happen soon – NLC
Nwobodo disclosed this on Thursday in an interview with the News Agency of Nigeria in Enugu.
“We have a peculiar situation in Enugu; there is no standard wage template for the state workers, in line with the N18,000 minimum wage, because the state government did not holistically implement it. “The technical committee is already working. It will do a serious job to come up with a standard wage chart before we now begin to talk about consequential adjustment across grade levels.
