Loose Women star, Ruth Langsford, is returning to Loose Women next week, after it was announced she was splitting up with her husband, Eamonn Holmes, in May
The presenter, 64, has been absent from the show since April before it was revealed she had called time on her marriage to the father-of-four, also 64.
Speaking about her return, a TV insider told MailOnline : "Ruth knows the viewers are heavily invested in her breakup so she will be addressing her and Eamonn for the first time on the show. It comes after Eamonn revealed he was struggling to walk in a worrying post on Instagram, after telling the Mirror he felt as if he was on "borrowed time" at the TRIC Awards.
The update comes after the GB News star was struggling with chronic back pain, which saw him require a high-tech wheelchair at the recent TRIC Awards. Eamonn told the Mirror he felt as if he was on “borrowed time”, as his father died at the age of 65 from a heart attack in 1991.
